Facebook’s Timeline is finally available for Pages.
Individual users have been toying with it for months. We have all had an opportunity to see it implemented well and not so well. Timeline becomes mandatory on March 30th so we must all learn it now. I can hear the global groan. Facebook decided to give all us Page admin’s a chore. Well don’t despair. I am here to help. I have gleaned some of the best advice from the web, from some of the leaders in the field.
- Over at CNET you’ll find a very informative story. CNET is a great source in general. But today they host pictures and links that will help you craft your new Timeline. See the new Timeline for Pages in action.
- Lujure is a Facebook app provider. One of which is free and I have tried and like. Anyway their fearless leader puts on an informative and exciting webinar. There will be one tomorrow on these changes. But you can see the top 6 changes in a blog here.
- One way or another you will probably find yourself here over the next few days. It’s Facebook’s own page on the change. Preview your pages and try out some changes for yourself.
I realize this post is brief. Forgive me. I wanted to give you a heads up. If you read the choices provided you’ll get an earful. Lujure has a great 6 points I could repeat here. But why when Lujure has put it so perfectly?
So here we go friends. Let me know what you are experiencing. I will be posting my own experiences as well.
